Mantras for a new renaissance part 2

Focused. Fearless. Compassionate. Mindful. and Honest.

This has been my mantra for weeks…. Ive lost count of the amount of yoga practices that have begun with setting my intentions to these 5 things.
Im not sure how the mantra itself came to be, something my mind whipped up in a deep-alpha wave blissed out state of introspection..
But its become my formula for success.
And although I regard it as an abstract- all encompassing sort of notion it really can be drilled down to specific applications.
i will break these down piece by piece...as my understanding of their impact evolves...in short:
In your work: be brave, be an innovator, conduct your business with integrity..and consistently live within each moment, giving your whole heart to each and every task you complete… each and everything you dutifully do, deserves that.
In your personal life…your interactions with others:
Apply that same notion- committed attention within the moment, love without reprieve or hesitation.. when you love truly, without fear you consciously(orunconsciously) change trajectory of evolution in someones universe... as well as your own.

Whatever it is you choose to do..however you spend that precious time.. muse over those 5.
focused. fearless. compassionate. mindful. honest.
applying these 5 values ensures you are getting the most out of the energy you exert. balance.
It may seem monotonous running off a list in your head each time you make a decision or execute a plan or have a conversation… (and again that is the mindfulness element at work) these elemental values when applied in unison and with intention can generate remarkable results that resonate throughout all areas of our existence.
Its all built on the premise of truth, love, and the power of positive thought.
